Rental Assitance

Sonoma County Community Housing Connector is a collaborative effort among local community organizations aimed at supporting our most
vulnerable community members in finding homes through rental subsidies.

Their success in ending homelessness depends on strong partnerships with property owners.

They offer the following services to the public:

  • Connecting at-risk residents with necessary rental assistance.
  • Partnering with property owners to subsidize rent payments.
  • Assisting prospective tenants with their security deposits.
